To Whom It may Concern. I recently engaged Monarch Prestige clean to clean my apartment as I was moving. Shari arrived on time to provide a quote, and detailed what would be done. On the day of the job again she arrived on time and was always courteous and professional. I must say that I was most impressed by the quality of the work done and the professionlism with which it was done. You could have eaten dinner off the floor after they had finished. I also engaged Monarch Prestige clean to clean the capets at my new address. Wow, it looked like new after they had finished, and to think that I was considering replacing it at considerable expense. Who Knew Those old coffee stains could be removed from the carpet months after the accident occurred?
