The old method of mop and bucket redistributes contaminants around your tiles. Soiled water is smeared over the tiles and settles in the lowest point which is the grout and when the moisture evaporates a thin layer of soil is left. This builds up after every mop.

Monarch's Turbo Tile & Grout cleaner blasts your tile & grout with 800 - 1000 psi of water pressure and then extracts it out of your home leaving your tiles squeaky clean.

Sealing your grout

To preserve and protect your grout from accidental spills that can soak in and leave unsightly stains, our Technicians will apply a penetrating sealer. This sealer will prevent spills soaking into your grout making them east to clean up - simply wipe up with a clean cloth. The sealer is invisible and does not change the look of your tiles.

Quick Tip: When mopping tiled areas, rinse your mop in a separate container before dipping into your
cleaning solution. Change your rinse water every 10 - 15 square meters. This will minimise the amount of dirt
you are spreading back onto your floor.
