Monarch's rug cleaning process involves both on site and off site cleaning. Off site cleaning provides free pick-up and delivery of your rugs. On site cleaning involves our Technician establishing a work site (with a drop sheet to protect your floor and your rug from picking up extra soils during the cleaning process). We thoroughly vacuum your rugs with HEPA filtered Dyson bagless cleaners which eliminates redistribution of particulates from you carpet back into the atmosphere.

We use only the latest and best low moisture cleaning products to shampoo your rugs to a fantastic clean that's dry in one hour. General spot removal is at no extra cost (some spots and stains may require specialised treatment, some may be beyond removal).
