2. Will all stains be removed?
A 'spot' is a substance that has adhered to the carpet fibre BUT has not become 'set' whereas a 'stain' is more advanced and may have become 'set'. While our Technicians are highly trained professionals, the stains that have 'set' may be permanent. Therefore we cannot guarantee to remove all stains.
3. Will my carpet shrink?
The process used by Monarch Prestige Clean is a Low Moisture Cleaning Service called UBS 3000. This is the very latest technology available. The UBS 3000 process ensures your carpet will not shrink.
4. Do you guarantee your work?
Your carpets will be cleaned to Australian Standard 3733 and with Monarch's '30 Day No Questions Asked 100% Satisfaction Guarantee', the risk is all ours.
5. Will cleaning remove dust mites?
Dust mites live in carpets and mattresses that are poorly maintained and they survive in warm, damp conditions. Monarch's cleaning process removes and infestation present at the time of cleaning.
6. How long before I can walk on my carpets?
With Monarch's UBS 3000 cleaning process, you can walk on your carpets one hour after your prestige clean.
7. Will the treatment harm my children or pets?
Our trained Technicians use only environmentally friendly products in the cleaning process. Our products will not harm your children or pets in any way.
8. Will carpet cleaning destroy the stain-protection treatment?
No. it is not necessary to re-apply stain protection after every clean. As a general 'rule of thumb', stain treatments should be re-applied every 2 to 3 carpet cleans.
9. Will stains be removed when I have my carpet cleaned?
'Spots' that are not 'set' may well be removed depending on the nature of the 'spot'. However, a stain removal treatment may also be required.
10. How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Your carpets should be professionally cleaned every 12 months. Unseen bacteria, dirt and allergens cause damage. When cleaned and maintained on a regular basis, your carpet life is significantly extended.
11. Is it possible to have my carpets cleaned too often?
Not when using a professionally trained Technician. In fact regular professional cleaning will extend the life of your carpet.
